We take the skills and drills from the field and apply them to help get you stronger, leaner, and faster. Sideline Stretch

Sideline Stretch is an active stretching class that targets primary muscle groups and those often over-used sore bits. Tight muscles can cause imbalance and pull the body out of alignment. Focused stretching allows muscles to relax and lengthen, which puts less strain on the skeletal system and reduces tension throughout the body. Students who take this class regularly report fewer injuries, improved sleep, and better overall movement quality. This class is the perfect remedy for people who do a lot of sitting, endurance sports, and repetitive motion sports. Don't get stuck on the Sideline.

Red Hot HIIT

Red Hot HIIT

Red Hot HIIT is a heated interval training class that uses a combination of strength and core conditioning movements. Our 30-minute format is amped up to burn more in less time! This full body work­out creates a thermogenic effect and satisfies those who are looking for a high caloric burn with minimal jumping. We heat our room to 89 degrees to create the burn and sweat you crave. You will find a marriage of Pilates, body conditioning, and strength training in each sequence. No shoes needed but YOU WILL need water! Perfect for athletes at any level.

This is total body resistance training. You will gain lean body mass, lose fat, lower your overall weight and improve your general fitness level and health condition. Finally, you will improve your look and get a proportional boost of self-esteem all with one barbell.

Tight End Barre

Tight End Barre is a perfect combination of high intensity, low impact strength and flexibility exercises utilizing the barre. Participants will focus on conditioning and toning the entire body with classic ballet exercises and Pilates inspired movements designed to develop overall muscular strength and endurance, with emphasis on core and legs.

Red Zone is a total body conditioning HIIT workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts lasting between 20-60 seconds designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind. Modifications for all fitness levels are provided.

Halftime is equal parts cardio & strength training - in a small group training environment - coached through the Personal Training Department. The Ride is beneficial for anyone looking for a way to enhance fitness and overall health. You will ride on flat roads, climb hills, sprint and race! Whether you are a world-class athlete, a class regular or a beginner, you will definitely be challenged in this 55-minute class.

Defensive Block

Defensive Block is a 30-minute, action-packed cardio kickboxing workout that combines martial arts, boxing, calorie blasting HIIT drills and bodyweight exercises. Leave every class drenched in sweat as you kick, punch, HIIT and move!

Six Pack – Get a quick yet intense hit of core work in this 15-minute workout designed to tone, build, strengthen and blast your abdominal muscles. The benefits of tightening your core muscles are enhanced balance, coordination, posture and of course... that desired Six Pack.

Core Express – The strengthening and lengthening of the core muscles will enhance balance, coordination, and posture. Body weight, disks, core tools and resistance bands will be used in this core quick hit.

Strong Center – This is a fun, creative, mind/body fusion class that integrates traditional Pilates with strength and core circuits. This unique combination will jump start your metabolism and improve your power base by developing your core strength, flexibility, balance and stamina.

Yoga Rx – Yoga Rx is a prescription for a body that moves well and feels good. This flow class is a fusion of yoga poses designed to promote alignment, breathing techniques, balance, flexibility, and stress relief while lengthening and restoring the fascia with myofascial tools and techniques.

Yoga Strength – This practice cultivates heat, trims, tones, builds strength and flexibility. The perfect pairing of lengthening postures with dedicated conditioning sequences. Get long and strong!

BFit Yoga – Purposeful mobility work paired with basic sequences designed to open the hip, hamstrings and shoulders. Targeting the spots that tend to tighten in athletes, this yoga class will keep you on top of your game.

Yoga Flow – Yoga Flow is a vinyasa style class using breath to link movement. This class draws upon seamless sequencing of yoga poses to create a unique class experience that promotes cardiovascular health, alignment, breathing techniques, balance, flexibility, strength, and stress relief.
